February 2018: Site final review and walkthrough with project manager and on-site team
April 29, 2018: Commence clean up process: Debris and waste removal /soil testing
May - June 2018: Town Hall meetings to assess what locals want to see activated in the space - Level area using rented Bobcat, rake smooth
June 2018: Weave together and implement locals' preferences including: building raised garden beds, tool shed and compost bin, creating seating areas for Elders, possible areas for Youth
June 2018: Spring planting begins incorporating many seedlings donated from Padre Plaza Success Community Garden, South Bronx
